Job Description

 The candidate will support & embed digital analytics services including definition, design, implementation, deployment, reporting & testing across digital initiatives

   and marketing programs.

 Support & embed digital analytics services including definition, design, implementation, deployment, reporting & testing across digital initiatives and marketing

   programs

 Configure & manage tag management software (Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, and GTM) and deploy analytics & marketing software on digital touchpoints (websites,

   apps, self service tools, sales enablers)

 Ensure high-level of accuracy for digital data collection via rigorous QA procedures\

 Determine software, metrics, and KPIs relevant to the business with the goal of improving customer experience & furthering internal learning

 Deliver Reports to various stakeholders (monitoring reports, sustained deliverables, ad hoc requests, deep-dive reviews). Ensure deliverables include summaries,

   descriptive insights, and/or change recommendations to the business

 Develop & maintain marketing dashboards, as well as train company employees on utility of such dashboards

 Support internalizing of digital data into data lake, managing processes of sourcing digital data from analytical tools

 Equip company stakeholders with access to Digital Analytics tools & data, while providing training
