Network Engineer (L2)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the market centers network infrastructure
• Perform infrastructure changes/expansion for new hardware or replacement of failed hardware
• Provide on call support for the network infrastructure
• Setup and define the monitoring requirements for the network infrastructure
• Define support procedures and ensure they are well documented
• Plan and determine sizing for bandwidth
• Deploy, install and configure the network systems
• Week test support as required
• Lead the design and management of PH and JP network

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in managing deployment of mission-critical distributed system,
• CCNP Certification preferred. CISA Certification preferred for Sr. NE;
• Detailed knowledge in LAN and WAN protocols, firewall and 1G/10G switch setup
• Able to design networks and properly communicate them with senior management
• Knowledge in low latency network infrastructure
• Familiar with production system control procedures (incident management, capacity monitoring,
  change management)
• Proficient with Cisco® Switches and Appliances
• Proficient FortiGate® firewalls
• Familiarity Ruckus® Wireless Access Points
• Proficient in BGP Protocol
• Proficient in Multiprotocol Label Switching
• Proficient in Multicast
• Proficient Checkpoint Firewalls
• Possesses Project Management Skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken communication
