- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 10 years of experience processing full cycle UK & US payroll.
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
- Strong experience using payroll software
- Experience working with SoX controls and compliance requirements
- Experience applying financial controls and standards
- Experience reconciling data to reports totals
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills esp. Excel
- Very good in written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and focus.
