Job Description

  • Should have good experience in production Support activities
  • Experience in batch jobs monitoring, coordinating incidents, Regular updates of the tickets in Service Now, adhering to defined SLA
  • Should have good experience in VB 6.0, .Net, Excel macro
  • Should be ready to take ownership of the activities and provide regular status updates
  • Should be good in documentation
  • Websphere , Microsoft IIS Server (7, 7.5, 8 etc.)
  • Knowledge the Automation tools (Jenkins, Cruise Control, and TeamCity etc.)
  • Code Repository Management Tools (Subversion, GitHub etc.)
  • Solid understanding and practical experience of software development life cycles (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Expert in scripting (batch, Perl, Bash, Ruby, Groovy, or similar languages)
  • Proficient in developing/programming (Java, Dot Net or similar languages)
  • Experience with deploying and running applications on the Websphere
  • Proficient with configuration management tools
  • Proficient with software configuration management tools Subversion
  • Proficient with creating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar tools)
  • Experience using/creating build tools (maven, ant, gradle,, or similar tools)
  • Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Should be flexible to work in night shifts and during weekends as well for on call support

Work location: McKinley Hill, Taguig
Work schedule: Should be open to work on any shift, including night shift
